My hunter-main friends are complaint most about how overpowered titans are. My Titan main friends are complaint most about how overpowered hunters are. My warlock main friends “just want to finish this strike so shut up”
Thoughts?

2 RepliesIts not the class, its the player. Trust me

After Forsaken: For PvP: Titan or Hunter. For PvE (ads): Titan or Hunter For PvE (bosses): Titan AND Warlock
-
1 ReplyHunters for everything pve and pvp. Sigh .... 😥 Wish it was titans or warlocks instead.
-
2 RepliesI personally liked Geometry, but in college Architectural History was also cool.

All are. But they have completely different weakness's and strengths. The thing people forget, is that they want all the classes to be strong in the same areas of combat. If you play Hunter as a Titan, you'll be at an disadvantage. If you play a Warlock like a Hunter, you'll be a disadvantage, if you play Titan like a Hunter, you'll be at a disadvantage.

Warlock
-
There’s no strong class, they’re all situational, and really depends on what suits your play style. Everyone can say either 3, but it’s your choice on what feels good in your hands.

As a Warlock main Hunters are the best class hands down, Arcstrider for add clearing AND boss damage and Tether for orbs. They were the best class in PvP because of the OP as Wormhusk but now that’s nerfed I’d say their pretty good. Arcstrider is still one of the best supers for PvP. Warlocks would be the next best as Voidwalker is amazing in PvE, Near immortality with their bottom tree and ridiculous damage with the top (When paired with Tractor Cannon) Dawnblades the best subclass in PvP now since Wormhusk got nerfed and thier super got a pretty substantial buff, it’s feels soooooo much better. Gliding while shooting shuts down all those nasty shotgunners plaguing the crucible right now.

6 RepliesHunters are made to be everything. They have decent survivability(and no I don't mean walking off a ledge and jumping back up). They also have decent damage. But they don't excel at any one thing. They are a baseline character. But their is a saying, the Jack of All Trades but the Master of None. That is Hunters. Warlocks have immense survivability. They have a subclass tree all about healing and never dying. They are also getting another never die subclass tree on September 4th. They have a rift that heals and gives an overshield. Then their supers are all surrounding damage and outputting high amounts of damage or add clear over a period of time. They are balanced but excel much further than Hunters. They do what they do A LOT better than a Hunter does. Hunters have 0 team potential except one super on a 7 minuet cooldown, meanwhile Warlocks can support whole teams in holding positions with damage or hp Titans are the best of the three in my opinion(surprise surprise I am a Hunter main). But that aside Titans not only have the games best class ability, they have the strongest supers in the entire game. They also have the best jumps available at this time. They have immense control and freedom with their jump that they can manipulate it the way they need and they have shoulder charge as additional in air movement to readjust if they over shoot anything. They are absolutely, WITHOUT QUESTION the best class and that is why I have started playing my Titan more now. These are not including any exotic. With 0 exotics, Titans don't get any worst and only get a benefit same as Warlocks. You take away one of the Magnificent 3 exotics for the Hunters and they just become a weaker version of the other three except without team-based abilities. Think about this next time you think Hunters are so OP. Golden Gun can do high damage but can't clear large amounts of adds. Titans Hammer of Sol can not only do the highest damage in the game(it is the only super able to destroy 3 bells solo in the baths), it can clear adds just as good as an Arcstrider. Value is based on each different person. While some will agree with me, other won't. But nobody in their right mind will ever disagree that without exotics, Hunters are dead in the water. All Hunters need the exotic life support.

2 RepliesEdited by SnakePayne86: 8/28/2018 3:12:27 AM90% of player time is in pve and hunter aint the best at pve. Pve-1. Titan 2. Warlock 3. Cunter Pvp- 1.cunter 2. Warlock 3. Titan

1 ReplyHunter is the best in pvp and pve no matter what those salty warlock mains say
-
Arcstrider is the undeserving king in pvp
-
15 RepliesI’m a pvp player. And as of currently: Hunters are down right the best. Arcstrider is the best subclass hands down. Worm-husk is the best exotic hands down, and the hunters mobility/jump allows them to run away from most fights that they would normally lose. As a hunter main since d1, it’s nice being the best for a change. Hopefully the class balance is swayed more towards locks and titans in forsaken.
-
10 RepliesHunters are built for new players, and people who want the easy way out...and they've received the most buffs to date, so the choice should be obvious.
-
yeah, dude? the answer is none. literally. if u like a light mobile class go hunter, if u like a tank class go titan, if u like support/healer go warlock, best way i can sum up the classes in a very short reply
-
4 RepliesWhichever class figures out how I can get 3 Fusion Rifles equipped at once.
-
Titans were OP in d1 crucible, especially strikers. Titan skating with a matador 64 shotgun and shoulder charge was difficult to react to. If you did manage to dodge their assault, they would panic slam immediately and there is no escaping that.
-
After today and into forsaken it’s going to be warlocks without a doubt. So much healing pretty much makes them floating gods in year 2
-
I'll answer this when forsaken releases
-
Math was always a favorite.
just read the title.
-
Which ever subclass YOU enjoy and control the best. There is no universal, it’s all personal preference so these post are ridiculous and literally have no point.
-
In D2 they are all great at their playstyle. The main defining factor you should look at is which jump you like better, at least thats how i choose
-
Hunters
-
I'd say Hunter, Arc-strider is the best at clearing ad's, Nightstalker with rigs makes orbs for days and is key for NF high scores. Golden gun w/ Celestial is great at boss damaged. Titan has Hulk smash with two grenades, the two grenades are more valuable than the super but I do like to smash. The Defender will soon be the go to an Hammers used to be good then they changed it now it's just ok, but melting point is useful. Warlock is just a mess, stormcaller is the weakest super, Dawnblade is actually pretty cool and Nova is about to made good again.
-
I'd say hunters. Both for PVE and PVP.
-
Ok, no prob, Pvp Hunters dodging, jumping, maneuvers good and really good exotics Hunter hands down the best. PvE= Best Dps? Hunters, Why?, easy Nighthawk or Foetracers or Radiantflux Arcstriders. Calus=Nighhawk/Fortracer EoW Raid=Orphias right +Nighthaw SoS Raid=Arcstrider GET HIGHSCORE IN Nightfall get HunterS Orphias Rigg all day unlimited orbs,
