Halo: REACH Ranks FAQ!
Hey, with the increase in threads regarding ranks, I thought it would be cool that I created a FAQ thread on Halo: Reach's Game Ranks. Don't worry, it will be organized.

@dakota986 good call bud, if you were a bungie employee then that would help back up your info you give me, the only issue i see with the level up argue ment is that they have a level cap, meaning its the max so any credits that are earned arent recorded towards a rank. so its caps at experience for ranks, meaning you stop at 540k or what ever lt col gr 3 is. i hope your right tho. so ty ty ty for answering :)

@ MLG iMackDDDD You have Lt. Colonel Grade 3 but have earned more than 540,000 cR required to be that rank. All of the credit you earn, stays. Meaning, if you have earned 750,000 cR (required to be Commander Grade 3) you should be Commander Grade 3 when the level cap is lifted. @ the make of the thread Please be sure to update the ranks, (just a reminder) ;)

my question that no one can seem to answer anywhere, Since im at Lt. Colonel grade 3 now, will i be given a higher rank in accordance to how much cr i earn once the new ranks come out? in other words. lt colonel maxed plus 200k cr earned after maxed will go towards the new ranks making me a colonel grade 2 or three or so? even bungie reps gave me a bogus answer that said. and i quote " you will just have to wait and see, and keep earning cr until the new ranks are updated to the online public." someone, please help bungie out with a better answer

just wondering, but when I checked out the wiki concerning this, it made it look like it's easier getting through the warrant officer over the major ranks, except for that last one of course

I must say that I am a little dissapointed. While the current ranks will keep me going for a couple of months I will NEVER be able to get the highest rank or unlock ALL of the armour. Why? because I don't have an internet connection. I should atleast have the right to purchase a computer game that is finished and be able to complete said game in it's entirety without having to log on to the internet. I really am dissapointed.
