Hello,
You may want to check your Battlenet purchase history and make sure you own the full game and not the trial.
Also fully close Destiny 2 and the Battlenet app and then restart your PC and try playing again.

I do own the game, and restarting my PC hasn't helped. However it seems I can now log onto the NA server but if I try to log on to EU it still gives me a saxophone.
