You have a remap somewhere. To ensure you don’t have a remap in the game, you can delete your settings customization file (cvars.xml) following this process: https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/46407 Remap might be out of game also, like with a gaming keyboard/mouse software. For instance I remap side buttons on my mouse to be specific keyboard inputs tied to health potions in Diablo - the same can be done on a keyboard with the right software.
