2 RepliesI'm gonna pay for a carry and purposely sabotage my own team so it takes three or four hours so you can make like 5 bucks or less am hour

8 RepliesThis. I remember back when Destiny first started when Guardians used to help each other out because they could. Then came the House of Wolves expansion... and the introduction of Trials of Osiris. And the rot set in. Not just paying to win, but weapon balancing across the whole game dictated by PvP. OK, I'm sure there were some VoG and Crota raid carries, but not to the extent across the board like there is now. I never made it to The Lighthouse until the Curse of Osiris, because I suck at PvP. But not once did I consider paying someone to get there. Where's the satisfaction in strutting around the public spaces showing off gear you didn't even earn yourself? I'm going to carry on attempting the WotW quest but as far as I'm concerned I've already paid for it by buying the game and expansions.

1 ReplyTo be fair...besides ddos carries i dont mind people making people pay for that. If somebody wants to spend money in this...thats up to them. Dont blame people for taking opportunities. And my personnal toughts about paid carries in general...i dont see the point of paying for this considering the rewards in d2. Most weapons are bad to average. Armors are just cosmetics (adn without ornaments they look kinda bad for some parts) And for redrixx carries...100% useless , this weapon isnt worth 200$ or more. Paying for a rare weapon...yea why not...but for a weapon that is just good...meh waste of money. People could us me this money morr wisely...like buying a diildo, so at least they pay for something they can actually feel. (Even tough paying for a redrixx is close of being ass fu**ed)

I report those posts every time I see them. Just everyone report that shit. How low you gotta be to pay someone to play a game for you. Its their money I get that but still I don't want to play a top 100 player 20-50 times on all different accounts. Its crap trash bag tactics.

LFG is worse than Tinder.

2 RepliesIts called paying for a provided service... its a worldwide thing.

7 RepliesHey there, As per Cosmo's request, report any paid carries you're seeing on LFG or on the fourms: https://www.reddit.com/r/DestinyTheGame/comments/98nyxp/please_do_not_pay_for_your_whisper_of_the_worm/e4jdv7k/?context=3&st=jl40ylmb&sh=dc8e362f

As long as there will be people willing to pay for said carry they will never stop. Why should they anyway? Imagine making money just cos you are good at something.
-
No one is forcing people to pay. The reason there are people who charge is because there aren't enough people, with the skill, time, or patience, to help for free. It's a game. Have fun. I help with pve when I can, but there is no way I could ever carry anyone flawless in Trials.

5 RepliesEdited by mrbird33: 8/27/2018 10:24:32 AMDoesnt affect you in any way. If people think their time is valuable and want to charge for it, and people are willing to pay, go for it
-
If people want to waste their money, let them.

1 ReplyEdited by InspectahDeck77: 8/27/2018 1:59:18 AMbungie needs to contact ebay & have ebay take them down
-
2 RepliesJust know if you are someone who pays to get carried you are a fool that's an embarrassment and you should not feel proud of any loot you attain while doing so, your lazy and ruin the game for yourself. Conversely if your advertising for paid carries you must have a sad life
-
Sadly, when there is someone who is interested to pay for, there will be always someone who will take it.
-
6 RepliesNot going to happen. Bungie refuses to do anything about this form of cheating. Matter of fact the way PVP, MM, & the rewards are set up are to encourage it. Bungies drive is to force you over to the streamers to sit in there stream & wait for a chance to play with out being curb stomped. I don’t know what kinda back door deal they have but it needs to end & everyone that paid to get the claymore needs to have it removed from there accounts. The gun put back in in season 4 where people can have a fair chance at working there way to it.

9 Repliesagreed, if you are sick enough to rob someone over loot gtfo of the community we don't want you people in it, just help people for free and be a decent human being

Hmm profiting off of others...sounds like America to me. Welcome to America!

1 ReplyI disagree with banning carries. Yes in PVP it creates a cesspool of ddos imo but in pve it's a last resort for gamers lacking time yet don't want to be the only kid with glued together, ragged old shoes. Currently disappointed with d2 for how difficult it's been finding a Leviathan normal fire team, and of course being locked out of Whisper due to the weekly timegated milestone slog. If I had the spare cash you're dang skippy I'd pay for that sniper or a carry in Leviathan. The community isn't as helpful to noobs as many here may think. Being rejected due to light level prejudice is degrading and I'd wish that treatment on no guardian. Carry on

8 RepliesWhy should people who have spent time getting good at this game be not allowed to make money. Pro players on numerous franchises get money from their skill so why cant D2 Sherpas
-
In pretty sure OP forgot to mention that some teams that carry DDOS for a guaranteed flawless. I find it kind of cool if you're good enough to sell your service, but the problem is the booting of players. Also, I'm pretty sure soliciting is against 'terms of service' that EVERYONE Agreed to.

1 Replyabdomen fluid infused lemonade is my favorite

Then u would also have to ban the players that paid as well would be nice but no way in hell bungie would want to lose that microtransaction cash

4 RepliesIron banner = great . Pvp = great Even separated game modes for ranked and separate rewards = great. Continuing trials on the same path. NOT so great. Trials turned so toxic at the end of D1 and carries and account recoveries ran rampant .

They are doing nothing wrong. Ford/Chevy should cry about other mechanics fixing there vehicles.
