Following previous expansion examples I would say normal weekly reset time on sept 4th.

I'm not sure if they've posted the launch schedule in a past TWAB, because I can't find anything in the Help Articles, but the launch date is September 4th. When EXACTLY you'll be able to play will depend on a few things. The launch will either be at midnight on the 4th (probably Pacific Time if not a rolling worldwide launch) or sometime between 8-11am, depending on when their deployment goes through and barring any failures. Secondly, it will depend on your download speed of the files and the day 1 hotfix patch you'll have to install when logging in for the first time. If you've pre-ordered, you should be able to begin pre-downloading the expansion on Sept 3. The day 1 hotfix will either be deployed as another console download just like the expansion files or it'll be downloaded and installed when you log in.
