umm because they made us PvP for Soltice armor, and too many it was not an easy task. and for some of us that are collectors and loot seekers, getting everything is the task at hand - a gun locked away in crucible does not allow for completionists to get all items, very similar to the eververse complaints. I'm not going to get the Broadsword since I no longer play PvP, but I don't care, have made a choice for myself and happy with my decision. I didn't even attempt getting the Claymore since I don't competitive in general, yes I have a few games but those were just because I filled a spot. and from the responses Claymore was not even that good for those that have had it for months now, many keeping it in their vault.
