At first I thought this was good , but the more I think about it , the 5 resets is just to much so we have a choice, either spend the season doing crucible chasing this one weapon and don’t do other activities or just forget about this quest and play the rest of the game .
I know I won’t have time to do both .prob some will be happy to play crucible only ,maybe the streamers who make a living playing this game 10 to 12 hrs a day will like it , they can do both but normal working people don’t have a choice really .
Bungle I already have a full time job , I don’t need another one !
I really don’t mind grinding for stuff but when its probably going to take a full season to grind this weapon and miss out on the rest of the game this grind is overkill.
Maybe I should just keep my money in my pocket this time round

Dude, the weapon isn’t made for everyone to get. The quest it super easy also!

The weapon is within reach of most dedicated players. The casual says nuh uh bungie you said you made d2 for me. I’m keeping my money and not playing anymore. 👋🏻.

People are constantly misusing that word. A "casual" Destiny player is someone who plays the campaign, maybe a strike or two, and then moves on. You cant really consistently play Destiny and be a "casual" player. The difference isn't between "casual" and "hardcore". Its between people with jobs/families/friends in real life/people who also enjoy other games, and all the others who don't fit one of those categories.

Married to my beautiful wife Trisha and we have 3 kids together, twin boys age 10 and 8 year old daughter. I work 50+ hours a week as a welder. I never play during the day when my family is awake, just after work and wk end nights. I don’t play other games but if I were casual I would come to the forums to complain about a weapon that I don’t deserve.
