I believe they said the that quest weapons can be completed any time even after the season. So you actually have as long as you need to complete this quest. With the TTK changes, getting pulse kills may be even easier. The only part of this quest that actually seems like a bitch is the Reset 5 times part, but if you get a good pace during their 2x-3x XP events you can easy level all the way to 5 in about 2-3hrs. Maybe even faster since they are changing how XP is earned in season 4. Although this grind may not be as cancerous and aids inducing as playing comp is season 3 (those who got Claymore, you are a whole other creature. 👏) it'll still be a time investment. And they haven't even showed the quest for Luna's Howl yet and I am more interested in that than the Broadsword #Handcannonguy. I still think the regular Claymore guys should get something more than just the emblem..maybe give the emblem a special aura? Not the basic nightfall looking one, some extravagant. Something that'll make others be like "holy shitballs....he survived going against full teams of work Husk hunters for that?" Maybe an exotic emote? Or a exclusive crucible armor ornament?
