I feel like you should look it up, a full run of all valor ranking is 8 hours a day for 7 days, winning 100% of the time. That means that 280 hours are needed to get it at minimum. They have not devalued it at all. 90% of people will not get the broadsword.

The difference is that this a grind of time not skill, unlike the claymore which, while arguably shorter, was harder.

I -blam!-ing guarantee they will reduce it from 5 to 3 resets.

I guarantee bungie will throw out 2, 3x valor ranks just to spite us all. It really does not take that long to get to mythic in valor. The 5 reset will count the entire quest. Most people will be done with 5 resets by that time.

To be fair completing the games and kills alone will probably take a week of steady grinding and resetting valor will take a couple more weeks so devaluing is an overstatement

It's devaluing. They told us this was an exclusive s3 comp reward. Nobody would have went though comp if we were going to get an insanely easy quest to get a BETTER version of the gun. It really won't take more than 3 weeks max.

Exactly bud, I had this gun week 3 of warming did it all with LFG teams and I found some guys that listened and took orders drone me and we won a lot because of that but yes indeed they are devaluing the gun
