You must be a NO LIFE if you do all this for a pulse rifle
People have jobs, kids, family wtf bungie thinking when they make those quests

I have my Claymore, got it in about a week. I also have a wife, career, newborn. Etc yes I can play a video game and adult hard as -blam!- too
-
I own one and have a family and work about 70 hours a week. I run with so e good players and grind almost everyday. Took me about 2.5 months to get and now we just hand it out to the cry babies of the world.

Earning 10,000 valor points, playing 75+ matches, earning 200 pulse kills with 150 crit kills, 20 bounties and the other steps is far from a handout. Getting the broadsword just because you have the claymore is a handout.
-
To be fair. Bungie owes some of us for removing the weekly bonus XP and not fixing their matchmaking.
-
The quest isn’t going to take nearly as much time as grinding comp is so chill with the no life stuff.

Edited by Combo164: 8/18/2018 5:02:48 PMSome people had redrix in the first month of the seasn. No need to speak as if everyone got it on the last day of the season.

This will come naturally for people such as myself who play a lot of Crucible in the first place. So it won't feel like no lifing it to us as much as it won't hunting for god rolled weapons in pve content for you. I'll be going for the best of both pvp,pve weapons but if I'm too busy with real life like i usually am I'm not gonna bitch about it, I'll instead choose and go after what i want most.
-
they're thinking you have an entire season worth of time and it's not for the casuals. shit dude, not everyone can get everything. if they did, it wouldnt be special or cool to have in any single way and just boring. just another legendary. stop bitching about some things being just a little -blam!-ing exclusive.
-
It’ll take time. Yes. You don’t have to sit here and grind non stop everyday. I don’t think it would be to bad.
-
If someone has the time to do this good for them. It'll probably take me all season because I'm gonna be pretty busy and even when I do have time I don't tend to play destiny.
-
you cant get everything for free
-
They were thinking "if the people won't grind comp, like everybody else has and won't stop complaining until we practically give it to them, let's put it through a large quest line". You people are not pleasable.
-
Or they were probably thinking that despite people efforts, time invested into the gun and how unique the gun is with the sandbox changes coming, the shitty matchmaking with ddoss, account recoveries, poor teammate scenarios with people quitting when matchmaking solo since not everyone can get a team together, we should make it available via a quest. Trying to recall when people were crying for it to be available to everyone. Sure i saw posts about comp just being a shit show but i dont recall them saying just give me the gun anyways.

It’s a pretty easy quest, lengthy (ish), but easy.
