Easy, shouldn't take to long if you focus on it. Only thing is that the valor rank should count if you aren't on that step in the quest. (Solstice of heroes legend masterwork)

I'm assuming it's going to count, it specified it was a season total, not an after step total. So it's likely that all levels gained before that step will count.
