Are these quest steps completed concurrently or sequentially? If sequentially, this is going to take a long time.

Step 8 appears to be concurrent. Perhaps other steps are as well.

sounds much like as with the solstice armor, it will keep track of resets but i HIGHLY doubt these are done concurrently. that would make this quest ridiculously easy for most players. Given that unlike most of season 3, valor will be attached to basically every pvp thing I dont think grinding 5 levels will be as bad as some think. Altogether, as someone who owns a claymore, I dont think I mind the perkset being distributed to others via a different weapon. If i see a person with a claymore, I know they most likely earned it and respect that achievement. Personally, thats enough for me.

as an addition to my last response, i will add that if im wrong and thats the way bungie made it. Given the state of d2 year 1, it wont surprise me lol
