Now DDOSers can't DDOS their way to victory anymore. No kills, no progress.

How do they do that without kills? I don't get it, we were DDOS the other day, had to leave and could not rejoin gameplay for hours. We had the, you can't play penalty.

They can still DDOS you, but this quest requires actual kills on the first few steps. DDOS everyone and no kills are achieved. Bungie's making you work for it. The only part where DDOSing might get worse is step 6.
