Purchased Isochronal (exotic) engram from Xur, did not go to inventory

Purchased the exoctic (isochronal engram from Xur and I didnt received. It did not go to inventory, was not available for decoding and now it says I cannot purchase anyone
I purchased the isochronal (exotic) engram from Xur. after the purchase, it did not go to my inventory, was not avialble for decoding and wasnt at the postmaster. (all engram positions open)
PC/Battlenet account
Also it now says I cannot buy any more this week
