How many -blam!-ing times am I going to be loaded into a match that's already been called, just to get shit on by supers as soon as I spawn in?

Simple solution: if a mercy ruling is in progress, the scores of both teams are greater than 10% of winning, but one team has a 300% or more lead, the score of either team hits over 75% of what's needed, or there are less than 90 seconds left in the game, stop trying to matchmake new people into it. There's no point, and no positive outcome for any of those scenarios...I can count on one hand the number of 3-1 leads I've joined into and helped turn around between D1 and D2.

6 RepliesWhat's the point of playing IB for this season unless you want the ornaments? From what I remember glancing at the IB weapons for this season and they didn't seem worth going through matches against full stacked fireteams.

Edited by Reshsafari: 8/16/2018 8:39:14 AMSkill up did a great review of D2. He compared it to a massive ship sailing the ocean. The ship took miles and miles to make a turn. It was that big. That’s how destiny is. It’s taken 1 year for them to decide and finalize changes to the game that existed for 3 years in the first game. Changes the playing population had no issues with back when they existed in destiny 1. I wouldn’t be surprised if the new changes also cause some more problems. We’re still going to be running into groups of people rather than see more 1v1s because the maps are so tiny. It’s too late to fix the maps now. But I can see it getting a little better since engagements will be over faster. But yet we must remember that players will still be roaming together. This is bungie not learning from their mistakes. It’s totally absurd. And they’re dumb as hell.

5 RepliesIf you're on a win streak, the game should absolutely in no way, ever ever ever put you in a game that's in progress. You're usually put on the losing team, it's disorienting because there's already points captured, and there's likely enemies with supers completely stomping your team. It's completely unacceptable to lose a win streak over this.

5 RepliesIt seems this is a major issue right now, bungie needs to respond but they won't. There's other posts about this and I had this happen twice yesterday. It's ridiculous and a terrible matchmaking system

It could be as bad as a 4v4 game and, whilst your team is losing because of the miserable new powerplay system, the next two players that enter the game are assigned to the winning team to make it a 4v6

Played some PvP (iron banner) for the first time in a while today. WTF happened? 6v6 is too chaotic on the current maps. Heavy ammo seems to spawn every 30 seconds. Stacked teams against solo players. The matchmaking is plain weird. I didn’t enjoy the experience at all.
