  • Oddly enough, Bungie loves their free advertising streamers. But guess how many of them have actually been caught cheating???

  • Stop wasting your time. Bungie is not going to do a ducking thing about the cheaters. It’s not going to happen. It would completely kill PVP to have that many people removed from the game at one time. Bungie would rather protect the cheaters & the current pay for play system as it then do any thing to fix it.

    • Just leave the Crucible to them.

    • Cheaters need to be banned period. In Killer Instinct if you are caught DDOSing you are console banned.

    • Send cheaters to a different playlist. Only let cheaters play with other cheaters in PVP. Force them to wear dunce hats in all activities for a month or more depending on the severity of their cheating. If they cheat again during their "Dunce" time, then they should be permanently banished to the cheating servers. Drop rates on these servers should be reduced by 99.9% (for PVP activities, PVE should be unaffected). Even winning a "Dunce Trials" match follows this rule. 99.9% of the time, you'll get nothing for winning a "Dunce Trial". All PVP stats should be permanently marked with a "Dunce" tag. This should never go away, even if you are allowed back on the main server. Bungie could use this method far more liberally than the current method. It gives them another option, and it's definitely something most of us would want to avoid. If only because of the horrible drop rates during your punishment period.

    • I played a match the other day of control. I came in late, no doubt because of non cheaters leaving. The score was 24 for us and 120ish for them. I couldn't capture a single control point, I stood in the zone but the circle never started. From when I joined I was in the game for about 3 minutes until it ended. During that time 5 hunters used golden gun, 2 titans used sentinel and 3 Warlocks used dawn blade, all on the opposite team who were all part of the same clan. 6 people with a total of 10 supers in 3 minutes. So ok, maybe they were picking up orbs, possibly, but added to the fact I couldn't even start to take a control point?? I reported all of them for cheating but yesterday I came across the exact same team again. Didn't bother to hang around this time. I don't like crucible at the best of times, find it quite boring and unimaginative. I've only ever run it for weekly engrams and doing solstice armor, add the cheating in that seems to be getting more common and blatant and it really makes me stay away. I have no idea how they do what they do, but also find it quite sad that people feel the need to do it.

    • Bungie prefers to protect cheaters.
