Can't go to orbit or abandon activity
Multiple times have I encountered the issue where I cannot abandon an activity or return to orbit, simply because when I press Y it doesn't respond. It's not my controller I've already ruled that out. It takes several tries to finally get it. Any thoughts? (I play on Xbox One)
