Any suggestions. These are my last two tasks before upgrading. I’ve been at it for a while and I’m tired of grinding for them.

1 ReplyEdited by Lord_Shar: 8/9/2018 5:59:51 PMThere are two places for easy mass-mob farming 1) Haphestus Daily normal mission on Mars -- kill yourself at 100% decryption progress, then repeat as needed 2) Whisper of the Worm, Green Room basement -- available only on Fridays - Sundays Take either mission, farm mass spawns with required skills. For quicker melee kills, use Gunsligher lower tree and Ophidian Spate at location #2. Set up at the top of the ramp, then walk down to spawn the Taken zombie runners. Throw knives to the face for quick kills, dodge to reset knives as needed, and retreat back up ramp if you get swamped. This part took less than 30 total (needed 2 trips).

Edited by Jonnnys: 8/9/2018 11:07:33 PMUse the bottom tree on nightstalker with vortex grenade, start ep and let the thrall surround you and stand in your own grenade. Takes about 6 or 7 goes to fully complete. Takes about half hour to complete.

2 RepliesFor Solar Melee, put on bottom tree Gunslinger+Gamblers Dodge+the exotic chest that gives double knives. Go to Titan, there’s this one Lost Sector that’s 90% Acolytes. Make sure you get headshots, and if you miss both knives, dodge to get em back. Run it 4-5 times, boom. Done.

Solar melee equip a solar sword an waste the ammo. Use the melee button to do kills an it will count as a solor melee kill. Void nades, you wanna load into Mars an keep starting escalation protocol . go to a wall an keep jumping till a ton of thralls surround you an nade em. Stand in it after you nade so more rush in, even if you die theyll try an attack your ghost. That's how I finished mine.. Just once your nades is on cool down reload to the same location an wait for recharge.

I got solar melee running through fallen lost sectors and just knife juggling it out with ophidia spathe and gambler’s dodge. (You could also use the old empty sword trick but where’s the fun in that. For void grenade kills, swap to way of the pathfinder and run to the artifacts edge on Nessus, and left from the fast travel point there’s a decent amount of goblins. Kill the minotaur and shoot off the heads of the goblins with an SMG, don’t kill them yet. There’s more goblins below the ledge by the lost sector if you want more grenade kills. Don’t worry, your headless buddies follow you. Once you have amassed a headless goblin army, toss a grenade into the swarm and rack up the grenade kills. If you do this to the goblins by the lost sector, you get about 8% done per grenade on average. If you don’t, about 4-6% per grenade.

If you don’t want to cheese the melees I got it done quickly with ophidia spathe and knife juggler. As for the grenades just run Hephaestus and let one thrall hold the point so you can keep farming a group of thrall that will continuously spawn.

On the weekend, put on Orpheus Rig and start up WotW Heroic. At the Green room, go into the bottom and tether the shadow Thrall that pop up. Toss a Void made at the tethered, boom there’s a few percent done. Rinse and repeat.

Do escalation protocol for the grenade and use a solar sword with no ammo for melee.

2 RepliesI used the same location for both. The lost sector in Futurescape. You can run directly to the room just outside of the boss room and a bunch of thralls will follow you. There are some places you can jump up to get off the ground and wait for you nade or melee to recharge. You can use Orpheus Rig, tether, throw nade. Wait for nade to charge through another. The void nades should be very quick. I used the void wall. When you walk in the boss room more thralls will spawn. For the throwing knife kills use the lower subclass tree, which allows you to automatically get it back on a precision kill. I mostly used the thrawls in the same location, but you could pretty much do it anywhere. Harpies also easy to get the precision kills, if you know where they hang out. I used 3 mods to get my solar melee back quicker. This helps a ton
