Purple Leg armor did not unlock masterwork option after I achieved “Legend” status in quickplay Crucible...
Was working on my legendary SOH leg armor for my Hunter and the description stated that I had to achieve max rank/status in Crucible(quickplay). I did that and still no option to masterwork. Then I thought it would unlock after I reset said quickplay rank so I did that. Surprise! Still not unlocked lol

Complete one game in the Crucible and it should unlock.
