Occasionally while moving items via the Companion App, it takes a moment for the game to update in response to recent changes. If you’re unable to find a specific item which you recently moved using the companion app, you’ll want to close the Destiny application (not the app!), then load the game up and check all of your characters inventory as well as the vault. Please take time while checking the inventory/vault as players often only look at the icon rather than hovering over the item and checking the name.
