It’s just another elite activity like Raids and Trials for the top 15% of the players while the remaining 85% of us grind our little milestones every week.
Bungie could have given the 85% of us an Exotic quest to help us progress more than two points for the week. But no, they created content which can only be completed by the top 15% of the player base.
Bungie is creating Club Destiny for only the top 15% fan boys.
The remaining 85% of us will remain under 385 and never complete EP and never complete a Raid and never complete the Whisper Exotic quest.
FINAL EDIT:
Well thank you all for a riotous good time.
This is my final response to everyone.
This started out as a message to Bungie asking them to pay more attention to the 85% player base who realistically will never “git gud” as they have not done so for the last four years.
It ended up as a truly amusing attempt by fan boys to bully the OP.
Unfortunately for them I found their comments to be hilarious and really enjoyed addressing them.
For the very few people who engaged in actual dialogue on the subject matter at hand I say thank you for your civility and thoughtful discussions.
And to everyone I say Cheers and have fun in Destiny whether you are in the 15% or the 85%!

It's not even hard, but since it's not an instant pass you are sulking? I'd offer to help you in the mission but it's posts like this that make this game shit and unchallenging
-
Why should endgame matter to you if you're not going to utilize it, if it's just given to you you'll just throw it in the vault. I don't play as much as in D1 and in D2 I got everything I wanted in a short amount of time, there's many things in D1 wanted and some I still don't have. WotW mission isn't hard with a good team, not sorry it requires effort to get unlike how D2 babied you during release.

1 ReplyOp is right. Only about 15% of players have done the raid. What he’s not mentioning is how only 25% of players have unlocked each subclass for a certain class. So yes, if we count everyone that’s ever played D2 only 15% of them have completed a raid. But if only 25% stuck around to do endgame content, than the 15% of raiders are the majority.

2 RepliesYou basically have put a bullseye on your self with all the elitists & fanboys aka the idiots but you do have a point the 85% of us deserve better or to put another way “ the needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few “

Ever realise everyone is “bullying” you because you’re wrong?

1 ReplyEdited by BossCharacter: 7/29/2018 9:01:30 PMYou are a misguided young person. And before you get triggered and call me a fanboy and say I didn’t read your post. I did. I just think it is coming from a very childish, and petty place. Get friends. Use LFG. But most importantly...
Give the cell phone back to mom and have her hand you a Juice box. I think that is more suitable for your skill level, junior. Just don’t push the straw all the way thru the box. I’d hate to see you make a mess in your car seat.
4 RepliesI was thinking of a long drawn out, in depth response, but alas...no need. A simple, "You suck" should suffice.

3 Replies"Yo man" stop trolling I will find you and use my "15%" skills We already established you don't even play destiny

The major factor is the light level requirement. After that point, it comes down to coordination, communication, time management and planning. The quest is available for anyone willing to strive for it, but it's not for everyone purely because some people are far too lazy.

13 RepliesEdited by cc99999: 7/29/2018 10:16:53 PMThe person who is condescending is you, hmyabs. Anybody that plays the game can do virtually everything this game has to offer. In fact, the only thing that requires actuall skill and expertise is getting the Claymore and winning at Trials of the Nine. The raid is easy. Eater of Worlds is easy. Spires is doable at current light level for anybody that has patience. It's not my favorite activity, but it is doable. You are choosing not to play these multi-player events. No one is prohibiting you from doing this. Yet you persist in lashing out at people for playing a social game socially. You have never gotten past the third level in EP? Who is to blame for that? You. You have never done a raid. Who's fault is that? Yours. You aren't level 385 by now. IF you aren't doing raids and multi-player endgame content, what does it matter? What thing in this game can you not do as a single player - that is built for single players - because you don't have 385 light level? You say that the best gear is locked behind raids and things. Well, this is true... but you know what you have to do to get them. Stop complaining and lashing out at people who play the game not by your specific set of idiosyncratic rules - and play the game as it was meant to be played. And cut out this fanboy crap. You are posting on a message board of a videogame developer and wining about rewards. That's about as fanboy a thing as you could do.

Are you -blam!-ing -blam!- ? Do you have thumbs? Then use them. It’s not even -blam!-ing hard. I swear some Destiny players go full -blam!-ing -blam!-. Pisses me the hell off. 😡

Edited by treestar88: 7/29/2018 10:30:26 PMRaids aren't elite though.

6 RepliesThis thread is an amazing showcase of why Bungie should listen to solo players. Not toxic at all. Nope... 🙄

1 ReplyEdited by ButtChug: 7/29/2018 3:23:14 PMBro... Seriously quit crying. Im hardly a top tier player or an elitist. Ive beaten raids and have the whisper, a full set of EP gear and the weapons. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE HARDCORE TO DO THESE THINGS. Go to the fireteam finder and put yourself out there. You're never going to get any of it done if you don't try. I hardly played with fireteams but one day I just said screw it, Im gonna try EoW and SoS, I went in as a noob, told everyone I was a noob, and they'll understand and help. Stop believing all the BS you see from whiny players on here. If you need help, shit i'll even help you. But don't start crying before you even try Can't even tell you how many of my friends whine about this exact same thing and give me shit for having all that stuff, when in reality I don't wanna be a dick but Im just thinking to myself "you can get it too you just gotta try, stop relying on me to get it for you" because they're scared to use the fireteam finder for some reason?? I accomplished all of my "elitist" stuff with randoms.

1 ReplyIt's posts like this that make my blood boil. Before this weekend, I had never completed EOW or got the Whisper. I did my research and found a fireteam to do it with. Done. Even completed heroic for the catalyst. So stop moaning on the same platform that you can find people to do this with, or leave the game.

Its easier than the Black Spindle mission, and shedloads of players did that one.
