You have an issue, Bungie set up the Help forum for you to get help... But you will be spammed by trolls calling you a liar, names, preventing you from getting the help that is needed. They also down vote your request for help and take it as a personal insult that you have an issue that needs help. What kind of customer service is this!? The game is broken, then put up with infinite harassment and an attempt to hide your issue. Bungie can't afford dedicated servers and apparently can't afford true customer support for their product.
