BUNGIE HELP forum full of TROLLS harassing customers needing real customer support
You have an issue, Bungie set up the Help forum for you to get help...
But you will be spammed by trolls calling you a liar, names, preventing you from getting the help that is needed.
They also down vote your request for help and take it as a personal insult that you have an issue that needs help.
What kind of customer service is this!? The game is broken, then put up with infinite harassment and an attempt to hide your issue.
Bungie can't afford dedicated servers and apparently can't afford true customer support for their product.
Please create a ticketing system for game content issues and stop abusing customers!

2 RepliesWhy don't you equip the emblem as proof? That's not something you can delete so might be your best bet for proof. Your moments of Triumph don't seem to be recognising you having the ghost shell too which would have activated as soon as you got it, even if deleted.

You stated in your original post that you completed all verses the second day Osiris was release which is not possible since you could only do 3 verses per week. Then later in the thread you stated you did them at the start fo Warmind. 3 each week with friends. Then......you argued with me again and said you did them in December. I asked when in December and you said “its none of your business”. You don’t want help you just want to argue as evidenced by every single interaction with anyone who had tried to help. No soup for you!

28 RepliesHello, I’m sorry you feel like your posts have been getting the wrong responses but Bungie have themselves also told you that you need to wait for Vance to offer the verse: https://www.bungie.net/en/Forum/Post/247301784/0/0/1 All you can do is continue to check each week if he’s offering the one you’re missing. If you really do believe that you already did the missing verse and can provide any proof, that would be helpful.
