  • Did you fix this? Since D2 is now FTP I was able to fix this on ps4 by going to the store and searching for D2 then it had the option to Download the game. When i clicked it it errors and says already downloaded then I launched the game and trail mode is gone.

  • Try restoring your licenses. https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12181 If that doesn’t work, you’ll need to contact PS Support.

    • Hey guys, sorry to say both options did not work. I am the only gamertag associated with my PS4. The only thing I believe I did since the last I played was a hard drive upgrade, but let PS4 redownload all my stuff as opposed to cloning the drive. Any other ideas? Currently restoring databases from safe mode, if that doesn't work I'm considering refreshing the drive from scratch.

      • Try clearing your system cache ( https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12539 ) and then restoring licenses ( https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12181 ). If you have multiple gamertags/PSN IDs, and are playing Destiny as an account other than the one that purchased it, restoring licenses as the purchasing account first, then as the account you play on. Also in that case, check your "home" (xbox) or "primary" (ps4) console settings, and make sure they are set to the purchasing account.
