Issue Information
Destination/Activity: at random between loading screens, any time the screen fades to black or transitions to space travel-style loading screen
Description: The game will play without error and without stutter for hours, until i need to leave the location I am in. Then this issue pops up happens. Then the game locks up entirely, checking in Task manager shows the game is still running and there are no problems but the screen is frozen and I cannot do anything but force it to close by killing the process. This issue has been present since some time right after Osiris dropped. Its annoying because i have tried rolling back graphics drivers. I tried removing the files found in the .../Bungie/prefs/.. file in app data and that didn't help either. any assistance at all would be wonderful.

@BNGHelp6 This is still very much an issue! i can't play a playlist of crucible or strikes without having to force close my game between each one.

5 RepliesHey man, do you perhaps run EVGA Precision XOC? I was looking at this thread: https://www.bungie.net/en/Forums/Post/247318560?sort=0&page=0 This guy uninstalled Precision XOC and his crashing stopped. I was going to give it a try later today...

23 RepliesEdited by BNGHelp6: 7/23/2018 6:55:40 PMGreetings. Thank you for your report! You may find success by running the Scan and Repair tool in the Battle.net app. You may also want to remove your CVARS.xml file to see if anything changes. Let me know if either of these steps help, or if you have any questions.
