Not to nitpick, but doesn't having pitiful damage exclude Stormcaller from being the most effective super? I mean, I agree it could use a damage buff, but logic seems a tad off is all.
Personally, I like the Dawnblade. It's ability to extend it's duration with kills make it nice for add clear.

I think they meant most effective in comparison to the other two sub classes. Possibly in terms range, duration, and standard mob clearing; regardless of tree selection. Though I may not completely agree with this statement, I do agree it needs a dmg buff (especially to majors).
