Character Transfer

I am a player on xbox one currently, however i just recently got a gaming laptop and wanted to get d2 on PC. However I don't have the time to put into the grinding for the gear I already own on xbox. Is there any way to transfer accounts?

Bungie do not allow for cross transfers of characters and items. You'll have to start from scratch.
