For the time being I would just sit tight as Bungie are already aware that there are multiple issues occuring in regards to the prestige completion ornaments from this week. I've also seen Bungie Help mention a few times that they're looking into a solution, so hopefully you'll get your ornaments soon. Also, congrats on the completions 👍🏻
