Ok, Bungie what are you doing, you give us an awesome quest to get an amazing gun and yet you still somehow find a way to screw us over, you decided it would be a good idea to make two ornaments for the Whisper Of The Worm exotic gun and put none of them into the Bright Engrams....you know where almost all the ornaments are (other than ones that were for an event such as IB) but instead decide to put them not in one but two different Packages, you know the things where you can only buy them with IRL money and not silver dust. Im just hoping that you put them into the Bright engrams later on or at least put an ornament for the gun in them. You guys knew that all us Destiny 1 players would be so hyped for this gun because we all liked the Black Spindle/ Black Hammer and decided it would be an easy cash grab but its just getting annoying now how all you really care about is how much money you guys can take from us for little things like this, not to mention in my Country (Canada) one of these ornaments costs $13.

You want people to play your game because it is fun and they can get cool things to make their enjoyment of the game more fun. You should not want people to pay your game to get the same cool things that absolutely have an impact on game enjoyment for a large number of people. Cosmetics matter. They make the player feel awesome and have a sense of pride in the way their setup looks. Locking this kind of enjoyment behind a paywall is scummy. "It's just cosmetics" is a terrible argument. Love your players. Love your game. Stop locking content behind payment. Learn more by visiting Jim Sterling on youtube.

I'm really pissed at this bungo is up to there old tricks. Activision are the devil and only care about $$$$$. Bungo say they have changed and "listens" to the community but somehow always find something they can -blam!- us over with. Bungo "get look here is this awesome new weapon hope you enjoy it" (bungo whispers "haha what idiots now we have them hooked in to buy the overpriced ornaments hahaha" *bungo rubs fingers together* I like the ornament but there is no way I am paying for it after I just paid £70 for forsaken (the cost of a full game) it's all Activision but bungie gets the abuse. I haven't brought a call of duty since MW 3 because I hate Activision like really hate to the point if I was given a month to live i would hunt down every high ranking member at Activision and kill them all brutally. Sorry g8t a bit carried away there but it's company's like Activision that are killing the gaming industry

the bungie team isnt responsible for eververse. Activision is. bungie makes the content, activision chooses how its sold

grrrr they make me pay for cosmetics grrrrr

the bungie brown nosing is strong in the comments of this post. Not only are they slobbing bungo's knob, he must have finished in their eyes if they cant see whats wrong with this.

It's easy math Guardian - you got the silver - Eververse has the goods.

2 RepliesJust as a point of reference, you can also see the Sleeper ornament in a similar box, and it is obtainable via engrams. Regardless, it is an ornament, just a dress up item, zero impact on the game.

5 RepliesIt’s understandable for them to try and make revenue with cosmetics that can only be bought. Most games have this kind of feature in it now to bring in more money. Understandable some wouldn’t like it but I can’t fault them for wanting to make more money.

2 RepliesThey can keep their ornaments! It's so much better with the default Cold Between The Stars.

6 RepliesYou'll be fine without them.
