Edited by Lyrro: 7/23/2018 1:54:16 AMYou can also shave off a minute or two if you climb up to the chest at the end of the sector from where you spawn in instead of running all the way through the sector to get to the entrance to the jumping puzzle.

1 ReplyYo the event is glitched, just waited 5 hrs and only got cabal then see everyone on the forums are saying the same thing. So it’s obviously bugged or it’s either a timed thing like only on fridays and saturdays and sundays till reset.

However, the mission would be a lot more fun without the stupid jumping puzzle. Bungie, please stop putting them in the game. Also, the lack of heavy ammo drops is really frustrating. The Taken are the most annoying enemies in the game. The constant teleporting and attack spamming are rage inducing. Having slow ability cooldowns doesn't help either. It just adds to the frustration. I wish I had my Sunsinger for this encounter. Solar grenades would help out a lot. Stormtrace would also be useful if it did more damage.

It was obviously put there on purpose. I think the whole point of the jumping puzzle in there is the SECRET to get the chest later on, as opposed to the shortcut being the secret.

I think that one is intentional. The green steps are for the chest.
