What happened to the rest of earth?
Maybe im missing something or didnt read everything i should have but... what happened to the americas, china, japan, everything.
I get that the tower and the last city is humanities last stand, but that cant be all of humanity, and has no one sent expeditions out of europe and russia to see whats left? Hell New York could be Fallen Central for all we know.

several lore tabs tell us the last city is the only safe place so everyone lives there but the old cities are all gone or in ruins Only that I found some weird gun in some overgrown tunnel back on Old Chicago. And that my Ghost was all, “THIS is why we were led here...'” from the graviton lore
