Of course he didn't do it. Bungie doesn't want to pay real actors for voice work anymore. They paid real actors to draw in the most common of people to be able to advertise the franchise with big names like Peter Dinklage, Bill Nighy. Now that their franchise has been established for years, they are going to slowly, one by one, remove all popular actors from the game to save on money. Well, this was probably Activision's decision though.
