Haha, right. No radar works just fine ... in Overwatch. Destiny PvP has always been designed around radar, and it [b]simply doesn't work[/b] without it. We know it, the community as a whole knows it, and I think even Bungie has to know it, but developers in general don't like to admit they were just flat-out wrong.
