Ashraven’s Hood Ornament Won’t Unlock
I’ve long since met the 25 matches won in Iron Banner requirement to unlock the Ashraven’s Hood ornament for the Iron Truage Hood. In the game (PS4) it just says “Reach Rank 25 this Season” but the counter long since went past 25 won matches. In the companion iOS app things are even clearer, it actually has a row saying “Matches Won 25/25”. I’ve tried dropping the Truage Hood in to the Vault and restarting the game, but that doesn’t help. Does anyone have any idea where to go next? (there seems to be no method to email Bungie and have a moderator fix this in my profile)

1 ReplyHello, and thank you for your report! Have you been turning in your Iron Banner tokens into Lord Saladin? Iron Banner has several ranks, and the requirements for the ornament is to reach Rank 25, not win 25 matches. Winning matches can help unlock certain items, and you get more tokens, but it won't count for the ornament.
