the TRUE purpose of the infinite forest!!
i was doing some... research online, and i discovered the TRUE purpose of the infinite forest!

7 RepliesIts this massive place where the Vex were simulating whatever battles and areas they wanted. Then we beat Penelope and Osiris says thanks and goes to take it over... Badly. Now if Bungie were smart they could use it as an excuse to recreate any Raid from Destiny 1, just as a people-pleasing move sure but the basic structures and mechanics already exist they just need to port them accross and change some textures. (ok way more complicated than that, but a hell of a lot easier that creating something new). Could also have added a Ferge mode (like Forge but not in any way associated with Halo™) so we could use the Infinite Forest to create maps for Private Matches, and maybe entry into actual Crucible. We (or Bungie) could use it to create new missions, or edit previous missions for 'training'. Could have a firing range in there, and other test apparatus. I mean really, the possibilities are infinite, like some kind of magical forest. But no, 5 bridge sections in various order, sometimes backwards. *sigh*
