There's nothing to do on Mercury, ever. It is SO BORING how hard it is to make a space fun to play? It's already tiny as hell why slack off even further by not putting anything on the map?
*Add 3 more public events into the map at least.
*Double the amount of enemies.
*Give us more to do in that terrible waste of map!
Worst DLC ever.
Edit:
Let us also use our sparrows!
-
ALL planets need new Public Events At least 20 new, challenging & prestige level PE's & something along the ilk of Taken/Cabal Champions (Skyburner Keys) And planet specific PE for flashpoint week, turn the entire flashpoint location into a challenge ....prestige level adventures, lost sectors, bounties, HVT that reward and open up new scenarios, pathways for future events
-
Having a sparrow would make it a little less shite
-
A fix won’t happen, but I agree, they really short changed us as a destination. Not a bad experiment with the forest, and the strikes are fun if you don’t get lazy and run through them. But the patrol area is insanely tiny and the public events never spawn often enough because of the lack of options.
-
fixing your title. FIX MERCURY! IT'S A TERRIBLY SMALL MAP.
-
I just played through Osiris on my hunter out of sheer boredom. The missions and story aren't "too" bad if you are playing straight through without the need to do all the side quest nonsense. It's the laughably pitiful patrol area, boring filler, obnoxious craft machine, and the beginning of the "strikes are adventures" format that truly kills it.
-
The 2 things that could save it..give us infinite forest portals on the 3 sides centered on Vance and give us our rides.
-
They wont. First they don’t care about destiny and 2 they don’t care about you or whatever you think all they care is about is money. I am on your side 100% but lets face it they don’t give a -blam!- about you or the community
-
You must have overlooked the “build sand castles” adventure.
-
Yes plez buf merkurie
-
There is not enough room for more public events, the one they have is fine. The enemies are also fine. What they need to do is create some kind of challenge mode for the infinite forest. And let us use sparrows and have a checkpoint event. That would be sweet to run the loop.
-
Yeah, it’s pretty poor as it is now. The frustrating thing is, between the main space, the infinite forest, the adventure spaces, past and future spaces there’s sooooo much they could have done if they’d made it all patrolable
-
i cringe everytime Mercury pops up as the flashpoint. the public event doesn't spawn frequently enough. so you can kill the yellow bars to advance. but there's not enough of them that spawn. if there are any other guardians on the planet, you're basically racing around trying to kill the yellow bars before they do. when i did 1 of my flashpoints this week, there were 4 other guardians. it was a nightmare. i ran around for 15 minutes not finding 1 single yellow bar to kill because the other people were killing them as soon as they spawned.
-
Agreed, too small to be worthwhile Just another lost sector map
-
Agree, flashpoint is a pain on Mercury.... 1 PE every half hour and yellow bars really only spawn in a few places so everyone is playing the same space. Took me an hour last time to do Flashpoints do to this.
-
Visiually stunning, but boring to play. Why they divert so far away from Destiny 1? Been playing D1 more than D2 lately
-
PRE -order forsacken. not gonna happen.
-
More often than not, the patrols (a whopping 3) never reset unless I go to orbit and return
-
Waiting for public events is like pulling teeth Go do something else, like a strike, come back you've missed it If you are gonna give us challenges to do, least let us do them without losing the will to live
-
Edited by Lava_Cooled: 7/13/2018 4:21:12 AMTitan could also be so much more too but nooooooooooo.
-
“Most rewarding public event yet” -2 blues and a token- D2 is dead.
-
With CoO being over I don't see that planet ever being relevant again in any meaningful way. They might as well cut it.
-
I just want my sparrow so I don't have to slowly walk around that stupid ass soup bowl in the middle of the map... :(
-
When playing through Mercury, I felt there was a weird balance between too small and too big for a sparrow. Finding a good middle ground would be nice.
-
Mercury is the worse destination in Destiny 2. The dlc was the worse dlc Bungie has released since TDB back on Destiny 1. I really doubt that they will ever do anything more to that space unfortunately.
-
I wish mercury didn't even exist. That map is such a joke I'm pretty sure bungie didn't even try when they made mercury.
-
And let us use sparrows
