Who says it won’t be back? Nokris IS a necromancer. And we didn’t kill either ASCENDANT Hive in their Throne Worlds. Just they’re worldly forms.

Nokris WAS a necromancer. He's dead now. I'm fairly certain he doesn't have an Ascendant Realm of his own, and I don't believe Xol does either. Who knows, time will tell, however: We knew Oryx wasn't defeated. There was much greater buildup to Oryx. These two (aside from a brief and vague Nokris reference on the Dreadnaught) had virtually nothing in game until a couple missions before you kill them.

Nokris IS a necromancer. He comes out of an Ascendant Portal, for crying out loud. He comes out from his Ascendant Realm. He has an Ascendant Realm. He’s not really dead. And even if he didn’t, I’m sure there are ways for either his followers to revive him or for him to revive himself. And Xol.
