Blatant Lag-Switching Garbage Player
Hey Bungie, who do I talk to about this hacking sack of trash I've had in several matches today that gets free kills, teleports around the map, and even after getting killed gets one or more extra kills before it ever registers. I've reported them so many times and I still run into them.
I have video from my last match, but I haven't posted because I know you guys have a history of punishing public whistleblowers and shielding the cheaters, and I'd rather not get a ban right now.

I was wondering the same thing last night. I was in a winning match that got Beavered about three quarters to the end. Was standing at my pantry after turning the game off, wondering if recording and posting without blaming would work, something along the lines of, "Hey, look at this. What's going on here?" Simply asking a question instead of naming and shaming shouldn't merit a ban, I would think. I mean, it's a recording of what happened. People can draw their own conclusions. Right?

If you wanna be mad at bungie about this game, this guy has the best reason. Forget all the eververse shit. When someone is blatantly cheating and no one from bungie does a thing about it.... that ticks me off.

3 RepliesIf you see the odd player lagging then use the in game report system to inform Bungie's SRT. With enough reports that player will be investigated and if needed action taken. Please read all the complaints on the #Help forum that action is being taken. If everyone is lagging then it is time to look at your internet. PS. Most of the time it is not a lag switch being used but that player suffering from SIGNAL LATENCY which they do not realise they have or not knowing/unwilling to fix the problem.

1 ReplyYou don't speak to anyone. BUNGIE DOESN'T CARE!!! They never have. Bungie allows people who violate their terms of service to advertise on their own site, they allow cheaters, etc...... It's the BUNGO way. They don't care and never will. P2P is trash, Bungie knows this and doesn't care. This company is trash and doesn't care. People have asked OVER AND OVER and they don't even reply.

9 RepliesYou're PlayStation reporting, yes? If not, make sure you go that route and not just the in-game method. PlayStation is FAR better at dealing with folks than Bungie, but with 1,000,000s of players it's not saying much. Just do your part and hope for the best.
