The Signal Light Quest is not tracking!
Ok, the Moments of Triumphs is tracking now.
However, in my case, the Adventurous doesn't check Signal Light quest as completed.
Then, how could I have the Perfect Paradox and the Sagira Ghost Shell in my Character slot or Vault?
Is this a bug?

Yes, it's a bug. It's not counting as tracked for me either. I believe the cause is when you've begun doing the DLCs with other characters after completing the prophecies on a previous character. This also happens with the Warmind adventures too, but as long as you have a character that needs to do those adventures anyways then those are at least doable.

As well as some chest on mercury, I already got them, yet it doesn’t count them

Fortunately, you only need to complete 20 adventures for the triumph to complete. The Perfect Paradox and Sagira's shell quests aren't tracking for several people, myself included
