Which dumbass had the bright idea of pairing Blackout with Brawler?
Title. No offence, but whoever it was is a dickhead.
Also, buff supers. Immensely. The only time Fist of Havoc feels remotely powerful is when brawler and Arc burn are stacked, which is why I'm pissed off that blackout is paired with both of them.
