Whenever I try to start up the game from the Blizzard app (this is my first time playing the game ever and got it from a key), I get through the Bungie intro/logo, and when I press enter, right after it says "checking update" in the bottom right corner this error message pops up and won't allow me to play, anyone know how to fix this? From what I know from Bungie help is that a) I have a strong wired connection, b) there is the packet loss, as the pc runs fine, and c) I'm not on console.
