Do you guys feel like barricade needs a buff or a remake? Dodge and rift are so more versatile and competitive. Barricade is kind of useful in pve, but players rather have empowering rift or dodge in pvp and even pve. Barricade still lacks something, maybe Crest of alpha Lupi health regen should be a perk.

Decrease cast time, increase durability I’d be happy
-
2 RepliesIt needs something. It's meh in PvE and essentially useless in quickplay (except control). Shorter animation and/or more durability doesn't sound game-breaking.
-
Shorter cast time, everything else is good for a class ability.
-
Faster cast time is what it needs and a maybe extend duration.
-
3 RepliesOn top of the health regeneration with the Crest on, it should also make quicker barricades (popping almost instantly in PvE and just a bit quicker then it already is in PvP). I have a huge topic about this kind of stuff already, check it out: https://www.bungie.net/en/Forums/Post/246668818?sort=0&page=0 And a lost barricade idea for a new void super, it'd be fun but if you wanna give it a look through: https://www.bungie.net/en/Forums/Post/246732931?showBanned=0&path=0

I would be happy with instant recover myself. The Titan has limited recovery tools like the other two characters. It would help level the playing field in battle. Bring back OH SC in pvp. Let the salt flow again!!!!! I miss the hate mail.lol
-
1 ReplyI'd be happy if my punches registered on someone trying to run through it.
-
Somedays when I'm playing Crucible or being overwhelmed in PvE, i always fancy the thought of being able to shoot through my barricade. Let the Warlocks and Hunters heal. I optimized my recovery for a reason, and I'd much rather recover while i'm improving my K/D than crouching behind a box.

3 RepliesBarricade is best PvE ability without added exotics.
-
7 RepliesThey need to be buffed for sure. Theirs literally no titan exotics that compete with wormhusks, Gemini jesters and knuckle head radar. Dont nerf anything buff the rest.
-
Honestly, all i think it needs is a faster animation and more health.
-
2 RepliesSentinels get a Banner Shield in Forsaken. It's bigger and allows our bullets to pass through it. Barrier can stay as it is. Warlocks need an exotic for their rift to reload weapons, plus their cooldown is longer.
-
Empowering for the Rally & healing for the Tower would be cool paired with a reworked Crest , maybe not the same % as the rift as Warlocks are a sitting duck in those also cast time could do with cutting down a little so it's better for emergencies as of now it feels more of a premeditated decision to use rather than dynamic .
-
I think a shield in PvP is far better than a rift. Rifts are fine stood in one place, I think constantly moving it’s far more effective. Rift is obviously better in pve. I think cast time should be cut in half for shields and rifts.

I just wish mobility was back haha. Been flying around the D1 crucible with my Twilight Garrison on and the mobility just feels amazing. Running increased sprint with my built in subclass option, and using Gheleon to get some ADS primary radar. I would’ve had to have three or four exotics equipped to be as powerful as I am in D1 right now.

2 RepliesIt’s totally viable in PvP and PvE. Having a great zone tool or a great damage tool doesn’t warrant a rework. If you can’t leverage it, you might need to put in more practice, or stop trying to throw it out when you’re panicking and looking for a easy way out
-
Remember before and around release where everyone was complaining it would be OP in crucible? I wish it was good period.
-
2 RepliesThey need to rework it. How about when you summon a Towering Barricade, it's bigger and tougher but explodes when destroyed. Press Circle or B to summon it, and press it again to kick the barricade and transfer it across the ground when it's about to be destroyed so you can make it explode in enemies faces. Rally barricade should increase the height slightly so you can't get headshot. Reflects enemy grenades back. And for an exotic I came up with for barricades: Warden's Oath - "The only thing that is a threat to our walls is chaos, duty is our shield for what is right, order.. our weapon." Ability: Jailbreak Protocol: When barricade is damaged, press and hold Circle or B to consume reserve barricade energy to reinforce the existing. Barricade can now be shot out from.
-
4 RepliesDurability of wet tissue paper. Easy to avoid and get around. Way to long of a cast time. Yet Hunters still say it's the most OP class skill in the game and needs nerfed or dodge buff to its level. Ask me allow you and allies to shoot through it.
-
They need to have us choose between a barricade or one dodge ability. Currently we have two barricades one can go.
-
12 RepliesTurn it into an overshield that explodes when you break it.
-
There should be a subclass node where it replaces the Barricade with a groundpound that creates terrain affect that works like Caltrops! that way when someone is chasing you you can lead them through your caltrops area to drop their shields or help hold a zone for a little bit longer. make them easy to destroy and hard to see but punishing to walk through.

It's weak as 💩. Definitely needs some tweaking. During faction rally red bar enemies were taking it down in two hits. Was worthless against bosses. I mean seriously? I know we are weaker during the rally, but this is ridiculous. Kneel next to it with alpha lupi and barely got a sliver of health, yet locks get full benefit of rift regening health. It's trash as are titans right now. I used to love my titan. Was my favorite class. Now? I prefer playing my warlock TANK thank you. 😂
