If There Isn't A Sandbox Update In Update 1.2.3, Bungie Has Learned Nothing

The state of the Crucible is absolutely terrible. Nothing but Graviton Lance Arcstriders using Wormhusk Crown. I know people want them to "Bring everything up", and I completely agree with you in the long run, HOWEVER since we know there will be a huge sandbox update on September 4th, and there is no way Bungie has enough time to balance all the under-used weapons. They NEED to bring the outliers down for the next two months while we wait for Forsaken. This is the EXACT same thing that happened in Y1 of Destiny 1. Thorn and Last Word were blatantly overpowered, and they should have been fixed within a month of that patch release, but instead we had to wait SIX MONTHS for a fix. SIX. EFFING. MONTHS. And it looks like they're going to repeat their mistake in Y1 of Destiny 2 with Graviton Lance, Arcstrider, Wormhusk. If nothing is done about those specific items in the July update, we will spend a total of 4 months in this hell hole. I wish Bungie would acknowledge the LIVE game as much as they acknowledge the future. The live game is HERE and NOW. I'm not playing Forsaken right now, I'm playing Warmind. Yes, I understand that you will be fixing a lot of things on September 4th, but it's July 3rd and that is 2 months away! The problem with Destiny is not that it is unbalanced, there will always be weapons and subclasses and exotic armor pieces that rise to the top in any meta. The problem is that Bungie LEAVES IT THERE for way way way too long! Take Overwatch for example, almost every single month there is an update, whether it's minor tweaks to characters, or major reworks; it is always changing. So even if something is overpowered, you know that in a month or less it will be addressed. With Bungie they wait an extra 3-4 months after the problems have risen to address them and fix them. Frequency of updates is what's killing this game, not lack of content, not imbalance, FREQUENCY OF UPDATES. Bungie STOP leaving your game in a terrible state for so long. Address the issues AS THEY ARISE. I severely doubt there will be a sandbox update in 1.2.3, because that's what I've come to expect from Bungie. I hope I'm wrong.
