Vault completely empty bug

My vault was completely empty after I made another character and played for awhile. This is a serious issue that needs to be fixed.

That would not even remotely make sense as your character uses the same vault space across all characters. Now if you logged in with a different PSN/XBL then yes, your vault would show as empty.
