Please learn mechanics before playing heroics
If you don't know which enemies need to be killed to trigger the checkpoint, don't play heroics.
If your teammate repeatedly wipes to force you forward to them, don't play heroics.
If neither your weapons, nor your subclass match the singe, don't play heroics.
If you don't know that you save your super so the team can just nuke the boss, don't play heroics.

4 RepliesIf yoy just run ahead of team the whole strike, dont play heroics. If you think singe is significant in the slightest, dont play heroics If tou wipe to pull your team ahead, youre an asshat and dont play heroics. If you try and tell others how to play the game, dont play the game at all

A 25% damage buff is not the difference between you beating or not beating a heroic strike. There are also situations where I would consider non-singe subclasses to be more useful (i.e Sunbreaker on void singe because of how useless Sentinel is and how useful Melting Point and Hammers are.) 5 Replieseverything you said was so wrong. you dont need to know which enemy to trigger checkpoints because people may want to kill all of them or are hunting for catalyst. ive never seen a team wipe to force the rest forward... all you have to do is literally start the boss and it will auto force the rest of the party to them. if they are wiping its because reality hit them and showed that you arent as good as you thought. ive played heroics where not only my weapon but my subclass didnt match either and still beat the heroic without a problem. if you really need that 10% that much then somethings wrong. also at most times the challenges dont match the singe. uhhhh you do know you get super pretty fast right? also as a hunter with O rigs im going to spam my ult on adds since that gives my team ults more often. dude do you even know how to play? seems its you that needs to stay away from HS.

The only valid one is the speed runner bit, speed runners are a nuisance. Why don’t you play with friends if you want to play a certain way? Not everyone is gonna bend to your will. The singe doesn’t affect your damage output by a lot the only noticeable difference is on power weapons, people can use their super whenever they want.
