Canceling and retrying join requests on my end, the clan trying from their end, from both the web app and through the game.

Okay. Please try running the [url=https://us.battle.net/support/en/article/7655]Scan & Repair tool located on Battle.net[/url] and seeing if that assists. Also, are you trying to join a specific clan, or has this issue occurred with multiple clans?
