A New Expansion focused on Lord Shaxx
So far we have gotten an Ikora expansion (CoO), a Zavala expansion (Warmind), and next is the Cayde-6 expansion (Forsaken). So how about Shaxx? I think it would be great if Bungie finally got him out of the crucible and back to the frontier again at least temporarily. It would allow us to see what he's like outside of it. I personally think that if Xivu Arath (the hive god of war and second sister of Oryx) makes an appearance he will be the one leading us against her hive.

I can see it making sense for him to fight Xivu Arath for two reasons 1.) Xivu is the hive god of war and Shaxx trains us Guardians for war 2.) he loves swords and hive love swords too

All he did in the Homecoming mission was open the door so we go out and get shot at. He stayed inside with the women and children.

3 RepliesI think an expansion with shaxx would be cool, but if the expansion was us against Xivu Arath, i doubt he would be a focal character. He doesn’t have any special knowledge or strategies (other than being aggressive) against hive. If there were to be an expansion with him, it should be a CoO or Warmind size expansion with fallen or cabal.

7 RepliesNo because if they did the snowflakes at Bungie with their social justice warrior attitude would turn Shaxx into a homosexual that was in love with Cayde. They would trash his backstory with tails of the crucible badass with a tender side who specializes in interior decorating or some shit.

Only if it goes into his early guardianhood and [u][i][b]ONLY[/b][/i][/u] if he talks like mr. torgue. [spoiler](Shaxx is shown fighting with a fallen captain, while their subordinates loook on in awe of the fight. Shaxx pinches the captain in the forehead, stunning it. He picks up his weapon, which is a sharpened car bumper, and cuts off one of the captains arms. He then stabs it into the ground, launches off of it and proceeds to elbow-drop the captain Randy savage style, while screaming “[b][i][u]SHAXXOMANIA!”[/u][/i][/b][/spoiler]

His story would be about his long lived crucible fetish.

5 RepliesFor the sake of something different here’s an idea: The guardian and Shaxx are at a bar just shooting the breeze when he begins to tell the story of the battles he’s been in. The entire Dlc is a flashback only you’d be playing through it while Shaxx narrates.

1 ReplyDestiny dlc 4: A Shaxx In Time Opening cinematic: Shaxx watching a crucible match and yelling. The match ends and a few fans run up to Shaxx and talk about how awesome he is. He mentions that he wasn't always so amazing. He says, there was a time he was just like them. He invites you to find out. First mission: Shaxx invites you to be hooked up to a temporal time distorter machine. You both get hooked up and in reverse see his life flashing backwards. Until... there you are, living in his memories. You're both in middle school and Shaxx is mid wedgie and crying, his ghost is in a poop bag. You're guardian looks at the camera and the Seinfeld theme plays. The end. I know this was a long dlc by destiny 2 standards but what do you guys think.
