Mars Injection Rig wont turn Heroic
On at least 3 occasions I’ve seen this PE not go heroic. It usually happens when one of the vents glitches, remains open but black, will take damage but won’t ever be destroyed. I’ve shot and fired rockets at these, even when the Evacuate phase is not on, and it causes the event to never be able to go heroic.

There are three vents at the top, three in the middle and one at the bottom. You don't have to destroy all of them, since just destroying one in each section will destroy the other ones from that section. If the vents are black with smoke it's visual indication that they have been destroyed, they still take damage but it won't do anything.
