Can we talk for a second about how all throughout Destiny the Awoken Female hairstyles have been so beyond ugly? I’m honestly not meaning to offend anybody at Bungie at all, but when the Awoken were introduced as a playable race they talked about how the inspiration for them were Beings like Elves, Vampires, Spirits, etc... This to me indicates the utmost ethereal elegance and beauty. These styles look like an eccentric artist took acid, got a hair trimmer, and went to town. Honestly it may sound harsh, but even the only decent hairstyle (the only one in my opinion) has bugged textures. From side view half of the hair is invisible, and the ponytail in the back is halfway missing with random outlines showing. If we were able to have all female hairstyles for any race (excluding the Exo of course), that would be so amazing. Don’t even get me started on the markings and how the Human females just all around got the better round up of cosmetic option. I’d love to put eye shadow on my Awoken, but I can’t which kind of blows. Even Mara Sov is the only legitimately beautiful Awoken in the Destiny Universe at this point lol, Her hair is so bad ass. Like A+ for her Character design, She seems to embody what the Awoken SHOULD be. And even the option to separately pick eyebrow and hair color would be nice, but I get why it’s not an option. I love this game and love the Universe surrounding it even more, it’s just a bit disheartening when you want your character to look a certain way, but it’s just not an option. Anyways, I guess I’m just blowing hot air at this point haha. Have an amazing day. :)
